I sold a service on Ebay, now what?

I can't see where is info from my buyer, only says awaiting payment. What should I do next? I need some info from my buyer, where to find it?

    contact ebay directly, goto conatct us and follow it untill you get phone number for ebay support.

    Go Here: eBay Search: Advanced Search
    Enter members user ID and the Item Number.
    Ebay will send you buyers details.

    You won't see anything about buyer till they have paid you so maybe contact the buyer be pleasant with them as to when they expect to pay you.

    Calm down. Your buyer haven't paid yet. You will get the info when he/she pay the service bought. And if it's not you can just simply contact the buyer and ask what info you need to run your service.

    You said that it says awaiting payment.! that mean the buyer doesn't pay the money yet' once he or she pay you'll get more info. You'll also find info on your paypal when he/ she paid

    How long ago did you make the sale? Whenever I get a sale and no payment I send a message thanking the buyer and telling them their item will be shipped out as soon as they pay.

    They will usually pay or message back telling me when they'll pay. If it has been over 3 days without payment or contact I just cancel the order within ebay.

    Just drop them a message it'll probably be fine

      Thanks on answer, how am I suppose to deliver my buyer reports when ebay doesn't allow exchanging mails in messages? It is a SEO service.

    Yup he's new at this I gave him solid advise and I think he follows it fine now.
