Hey, have you heard of Flippa? I think it is the best place to sell websites and businesses.

Here is a quick example of a post made by a fellow Warrior regarding a deal on the same website - http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...e-glitter.html

Your best bet for a fast sale: make direct contact with targeted end-users. Otherwise, auction the suckers.

If your sites have revenue you can definitely list them with us.

If you don't have any earnings, your best bet is probably Flippa.

I definitely agree with EmpireFlippers on this one. Typically if you are making less than about $500/month in profit, most website brokers won't take it on due to time/effort to list vs. potential commissions on the sale. The next best self-serve option for sellers is Flippa, and thanks to further buyer education and recent changes to their process (such as their curated marketplace "Editor's Choice"), they've stepped up the quality of listings and buyers overall. Not to say that buyers and sellers don't have to still do a lot of filtering to find the best match, but at least it's improving and is a good option for newly established and low revenue sites.
