What to do with an old short domain?

INTERNET MARKETING

I have a 3 character domain name I bought back in 1999. its not a word but its easy to remember. I never did anything with it so its been empty for a few years.

I was thinking that on the open page I'll do a redirect to a "Make money online" product on clickbank.
And then inside my domain ill just put up articles about making money online, articles about credit card debt, etc. If my domain is old then hopefully it will get noticed on the search engines faster.

What would you guys would do?
I want to do something as profitable as I can.

You may sell it if you don't have a plan putting contents on it.

  Instead of selling it want to put something on it, since its old and short it should have value in terms of being easy to remember

I bought a 4 character domain back in 1996, but I let it lapse. I wonder what that would be worth now...
