What do the Most Successful Product Launches all Have in Common?

Hey Warriors,

I'm thinking about releasing my own product in the future, but before i even contemplate how to do it, i want to know if there are any specific items all best-selling products have in common. The obvious answer is that they are all outstanding products, but i'm sure that there is far more to it than that. I'm talking about conversion boosters, videos, webinars, seo, etc. And who is to say that products who don't sell as well as the most popular ones are not as good in terms of quality? I'm just trying to wrap my head around why certain products dominate their markets. My first thought was because of branding, maybe creator recognition. What do you think?

Why on earth would you think that?

The most successful products are the ones that have the most persuasive campaign.

Campaigns are made up of product info, testimonials, and a bunch of relatively unimportant bits and pieces (graphics, primarily). The best ones make you believe you desperately need or want what the seller is selling.

I imagine there are people who have done the analysis you seek, but I doubt they will be in any mood to share their painstaking work with you.

Your best bet is to find the biggest launches that look something like what you have in mind, and figure out how they did what they did on your own.

One thing they all had in common was market demand. If you don't offer something that a targeted audience of prospects wants badly . . . you are not going to sell much.

Very few top-selling products create instant demand and desire for that thing . . . you are better off supplying the "answer" or solution to current demand that's already out there.

    1. A demand for the product.
    2. A sales page that converts well.
    3. The ability to get the sales page in front of people with demand for the product. (Through an email list or affiliates)

That's what goes into a successful launch. Now, if the product continues to sell for the long term, THAT will depend more on the quality of the product. If people make it clear your product sucks, you can certainly expect sales to drop.
