Low to Average EPC on clickbank products

I wanted to be a middle man paying for clicks from people not monetizing there content that is getting viewers..and create a unique tracking link for them and pay them per click they send me. the thing is it would be my affiliate link to clickbank and other products.
What is considered low epc's? I would have to pay people I find even lower so I can profit.
Trying to think what would be a half decent offer since these people are not making money...suggestions on what I should pay?

Honestly, I think your EPC's are going to be insanely low on cold traffic. EPC's are really determined by what you tell visitors before they are directed to the sales page. If you just have a rotator link that directs to a clickbank product, very few visitors are going to make a purchase.

If you pre-sell them on the product ahead of time, and then send them there, the EPC's will be much higher. I've seen clickbank EPC's as low as a couple cents per visitor.

Ok, it has to be someone, and it may as well be me ...

Rightly or wrongly, I'll ask the obvious question ...

Why would anyone want to do that, rather than simply becoming an affiliate themselves and earning all the commission, instead of splitting it with you?
