Affiliate Marketing VS CPA to start in Internet Marketing..

What do you think is best as an entry point to someone starting in IM and why, CPA or Affiliate Marketing ?

it`s in the context of showing/teaching someone that don`t have that much computer or marketing experience how to do it...

Oh and mailing list will be include as it`s a part we better not forget (Money Is in the list...)

    CPA or Affiliate Marketing ?
    They are the same thing under different names.

    You promote someone else's offer via an "affiliate" link. You are paid when visitors complete an action. It could be a sale, an optin, etc.

    I think CPA and affiliate have same something that customer buy affiliate or cpa link, You will get paid. If you want to do varieties. I recommended cpa, they have email submit offer only visitor submit email you get paid. it 's easy to start make money.

    I think it depends on your income goals. Affiliate marketing will pay more. The work you do on both will probably be the same so you might as well go with the one that pays more. Then you will get to your income goal sooner.

    I looked into cpa a bit, one thing that strikes me as odd is optins or getting paid to get emails...from what ive learned recently, it is better to get your own email list which will make you more money, why waste time getting a dollar or two to give someone else that valuable email

      Yeah i agree but i don`t plan to do it that way.
      here`s my plan.

      1. Create a domain name (i did that this morning) something simple and catchy
      2. Install wordpress, build a simple but nice looking landing page, one that "pre warm" the viewer (Use mailing list aweber or getresponse that are 1$ and free for first month)
      3. Give them the ebook in exchange for their email
      4. Send them valuable information, help them, build a real conversation connect with them (**** very important), create a relation.
      5. After a couples of great email, send them some nice affiliate link telling them exactly why i suggest it and how i think it can help them.

      Looks like this thread evolve a lot now lol

    The two basically just the same. But for me I would prefer CPA because sometimes it easier to make people submit their email (for email offers) than to buy products.
