How to convert PC based software to web based software

Hello warriors. I am wondering whether there is any software (or tool) that can convert any PC based software to web based software? I would like to make some of my software accessible on the website so that it can be accessed using mobile phone and mac.

    there is a coupe of way of doing this

    1. Code same features in PHP
    2. Setup a windows server, and have a macro created which is then trickered by an online script

    I would suggets getting a coded version created as this will make it easier on your system resources unless you are going for a SaaS setup
