Anyone using WP Robot?

WP Robot - Premium Wordpress Autoposting Plugin

Very promising Auto-Blogger. I bought the elite kitchen sink version, but am starting to have second thoughts. It's very buggy and I'm getting a bit frustrated with it. Anyone else here using it?

Yes I use it on a few Wordpress 2.8 version blogs and have a few of the plugins that go with the main core.

There was a couple of bugs in the beginning but those seemed to have been fixed now and all is working fine on my blogs now and has been for many, many days.

I use the free Amazon Autoposter they released, though I modified it to do a lot more than the free version provides.

      Hi Steven,

I'm also looking at modifying the Amazon Autoposter, did you find it fairly easy? I haven't had a close look at the code yet.

Sure. But it's not free . It's very cool. Still needs some kinks worked out and I think in subsequent versions, the scheduling options may become a bit more robust. There is a free trial I believe or at least a money back guarantee.

Sorry, that's just plain incorrect. I'm teaching my daughter about online marketing and as part of her training we just set up an Amazon affiliate site on a Wordpress blog backend three weeks ago. We used Amazon Autoposter to pull product descriptions and images off of Amazon for the items in the product line, posted a few immediately and set the rest to post automatically one at a time, every other day.

We then went and backlinked to about 20 sites. Total actual expenses: $7.29 for the domain, $7.95 per month for hosting (actually free, considering her site is hosted on my HG account). Total time expended to set this up: about 4.5 hours. From that day onward, the site has been running itself.

As of today the site is ranked #5 overall in Google for the specific keyword phrase, actually ahead of Amazon pages for the same line of products. All of that with no serious SEO as yet.

So far, she has made 3 sales with an average ticket of over $1100 per sale. The result is $132 dollars in commissions from a 3 week old site that won't need to be touched again for months.

Is it a million bucks? No. But that ain't bad for a teenager getting her feet wet in IM, trying to learn piece by piece what her dad does for a living.

Not bad. Any content on the site other than the Amazon products?

            Steven,

You have got it spot on, I have had good success with the Amazon Autoposter. I'm also using ReviewAZON on WP Mu - just started so no results yet - and I'm hoping for similar results.

What's wrong with supplementing your unique posts with interesting videos, questions and products? Won't this give the visitor a large variety of information on the topic he is searching for while also keeping your blog fresh?

Anyway, funny you should post about this because I just bought some of the modules for it today. I had been using the free amazon poster and liked it quite a bit so I thought the other modules would be a nice addition for adding value for my visitors.

I am using wp robot and am finding it is easy to setup and configure.

need to find a way of fine tuning the youtube plugin.

I am setting up the post schedule to be around the 48 to 84 hour mark

I just need a way of getting backlinks to my blogs.

so I would say wp robot is a sound investment if you promote your blogs as well (I have to work my way to doing that, but do not want to do it wrong)

    cheers

I've used WP Robot on several blogs with mixed results. Its been very buggy for the four weeks or so that I've be using it.

The article module has caused me the most problems and also the amazon module just seems to randomly stop auto posting.

However, they are bringing out new updates quite regular but the upgrade process is a bit tedious if you own all the modules. You have to upgrade them all separately and instigate the download via an email which is quite annoying.

I guess they didn't really test the product enough before rolling it out. There was a WSO based around the free version of Amazon auto poster not so long ago, which kind of pushed the full version too and this looks like it provided them of a lot of beta/alpha testers

I just bought it so I can't say for sure. I have received a lot of good feedback. I'll try to get back and give my feedback in a week or so. In the meantime perhaps this post might help:

    http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-special-offers-forum/100845-wp-robot-powerful-new-automation-plugin-wordpress-weblogs.html

One last thing I'd like to say is it drives me crazy when someone responds off topic. Nowhere in the original post did I see "Does autoblogging work for you?" ... Perhaps your post seems relevant to you but it isn't and IMHO it's topic hijacking!

Just my two cents for what that's worth. Sorry for being somewhat guilty of what I'm griping about but at least I replied on topic first!

Any results ASUService? You said you'd report back in a week or so and it's now 6 weeks (no pressure though) lol

Overall, how do you guys/gals find wprobot? Sites still ranking well? Still making good sales with Amazon?

    Btw, is the code encrypted?

I tried the CB demo and it pulled up things like...

Acne xxxx....- Converts at 75% etc. Top selling Clickbank product.

Instead of pulling up the actual ad for the CB products it pulls up the ad to get marketers to sell the product. Is that a glitch or is that what it is supposed to do?

Autoblogs can make you money, guys, trust me
The "secret" is just in two concept:
    1) great content
    2) automation

Create great rich (with video, images) content and automate the posting. I can create a great semi-autoblog with 50 scheduled posts in 2 hours with my tool.
Yeah, using wordpress (on your domain) or blogger.com, you can schedule your posts. Just create 50 posts now, schedule to post 0-2 post per day, and you've done.
    Then, rinse and repeat...
