job applicant pre-screening tool?

Hello! Does anyone know of an online service that will allow you to create a quiz for job applicants to take, in order to automatically pre-screen job applicants?

Manually poring through resumes to find a first batch to manually prescreen, it all takes too much time...

    OK if you need that one I suggest you to go to an online job site because all of the providers like in oDesk have passed series of online skill test.

      Thanks for the advice, but I'm looking for something more advanced to hire non-remote workers.

      Like I want to be able to specify the questions and answers. And give a mini-IQ test. I'm trying to find really sharp people with specific experience.

        You can create your own script or get it made in PHP and then host it at some domain and then ask freelancers to take the quiz there, and you'll be able to screen them easily, and best of all you can later make customization to it depending on your requirements.
