JV Payment

Hey guys, I'm doing JV and I was wondering, from any of you that may have done a joint venture what was the easiest way that you got payments? I mean, like if hypothetically you were selling a product, and splitting it 60/40.. did you collect money in one acct. and then disburse payment, or is there someway you can setup all this to be automatic maybe with PayPal or similar?

      Thanks, I meant to ask about payments in general for services as well. Like say, a paid webinar.. how would you split that?
