  • Build an email list.
Learn how to write engaging emails that build trust.
    Promote products.

In a nutshell, that's where most of your focus should be in the beginning. There are, of course, many little details to consider along the way. Be patient and keep taking small, incremental steps every day.

A 30,000 ft view could look someth like this:
    1) Choose a niche/market you genuinely have a passion for, or at the very least, have a genuine Interest in.
    2) Create a great free offer that solves a problem in your market.
    3) Set up landing page where you exchange offer for person's contact details (this is your email list)
    4) Send frequent emails that are engaging, personality driven and help people on your list get closer to their goals. Also, promote products to them to help them further (ONLY PROMOTE HIGH QUALITY PRODUCTS)

Product creation, funnels and the like can be learned over time when you get more experience under your belt. For now the goal should be to start on the list building part.

Anyway, the absolute most important thing to ALWAYS keep in mind, is to not get distracted by shiny objects.

Small, incremental steps every single day.

You may have lofty goals, and that's fine. However, trying to eat the whole elephant in one sitting WILL kill you. The failure rate in this business is so damn high b'cause everybody wants success, like... yesterday.

    Don't fall into that trap.

Chances are you're in this business for the long haul. Be patient - and take it one bite at a time. Rome wasn't built in a day. The journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step.

    Be smart.

    All the best.

Don`t give up. You can accomplish with this a lot if you stay on your feet all the time. Just learn new things and give them a little try. Test them if they work for you then you can start from one traffic source to another and you shall be going strong. Never fight all on fronts if you know nothing of them go one by one and they will be really easy to control after you learn them.

      giveaway those reports
take advantage of high quality plr
      buy hosting, domain, autoresponder
      learn basic html

Developing enough judgment to be able to decide appropriately by whom to choose to be guided, in the awareness that in a field of activity with about a 95% failure-rate, there's going to be an enormous amount of misinformation out there, and much of it will even represent the widely expressed consensus of opinion.

    Most important thing?

It's easy when you know how.

The fact of the matter is, if you're intelligent, hard-working, and have time and about a hundred bucks to invest, you can make it.

Most new wannabe marketers get stuck in the 'learning' loop. They spend all their time buying WSO after WSO, certain that there must be some 'secrets' that successful marketers are keeping hidden from them.

In fact there are no 'secrets' really. The BIGGEST secret is that successful marketers have got off their butts and actually gone out and DONE something, whether it is building a list, or creating a product or whatever.

So the most important thing is to get started as fast as possible. You can easily 'learn as you go'. In fact the best way is to learn by your mistakes.

I's sure you will have heard this a gazillion times before, but goals are important. If you have a strong enough reason to do something, you are more likely to do it.

Get some guidance from somebody with good experience!
Realise that there is a lot to learn and lots of action to take.
Be realistic with your time scale - it won't happen in a week.
Plan you time well; we can all get easily distracted so you need focus when you are "working".

    Several things:

    1. Success doesn't come overnight.
    2. You get what you put in.
    3. Beware of paralysis by analysis (don't overthink what you are doing, so as not to talk yourself out of production).
    4. Aim small, scale big, in that order.
    5. Think about things you would buy. What would appeal to you, and HOW it would appeal to you (blogs, videos, emails, etc.)

Awesome tips here folks, it's interesting to see what an online marketer should value and remember when embarking on the online journey.

I just started developing a new website, my most ambitious project yet actually. I have high hopes for it but at the same time I have to be realistic and not get ahead of myself.

How's your online business going for you? Is it going as you've hoped? Have you reached some of your goals?

    Keep on sharing!
