Why Are You Here In Warrior Forum?

Hi Y'all!

I'm here because I get value out of this forum. To be specific, below are the details:

1. I get valuable Business Models Provided By Other Warriors

Although there are soo much here that I can't test every new business model that is posted I make sure to bookmark them or print it to pdf then store it in a folder called BusinessModels in my Laptop. Which I can review whenever the time to look for business models comes.

2. I get to express my doubts, opinions and knowledge in marketing

There was a time, specially when I was a newbie that I would post every doubt and concern that I have about internet marketing. Most of the time I get valuable insights from fellow warriors that would settle my mind and give me motivation to move on..

But recently I find myself giving more opinions or helping out other warriors..maybe it's a natural progression here in this forum..When you stick here long enough you really get to learn..

3. I get free PLR's and MRR products

This is good because when the time comes to create a business model dealing with PLR's and MRR's I will already have a ton to use..and most warriors give it away for free. Just ask for it nicely or just sign up on their sig..

For newbies this is great.

3.1. Just Open up a paypal account.
3.2. Create a sales page with a paypal button on a free hosting
3.3. Upload the file on a free file hosting site
3.4. Promote the site on free classified, the more the better.
3.5. Just wait for Sales. This is definitely a Set and Forget model

You could also do a variant of this for your list building. Which is done by giving the product for email sign-ups.

4. I get to learn from the best in marketing..

We all know that the best of the best are here!

5. I get a support group

This is the most important thing. Internet Marketing is a hard and lonely undertaking without a proper support group. I myself don't have a really close group here yet but I've observed most of the warriors here would either push you to keep on, commend you or whack you if necessary.

Where else could you get all these benefits. Maybe that's why half of my time online is spent here..

How about you..what keeps you here?

To your success!

    1) As a newb, I want to accelerate my learning. I've been schooling myself for the past 4 or 5 months, and though I've learned a lot and made a bit of money, I have a long ways to go.

    2) I intend to help other newbs when possible.

    3) I could use some feedback from the pros here: I intend to make my first request for feedback today for a landing page. Prior to joining here, I've been pretty much flying solo...

Nah, nothing like that. I keep getting DMs from Evan Williams asking where I am though. LOL! (j/k)

I just haven't been on Twitter as much lately as I work on wrapping up my not-an-eBook.

  • I just recently joined because I've been away from online forums for a few years now. Back when I first started affiliate marketing, I perused a few forums for a while but found them to be an IMMENSE strain on my time. I'd actually get lost for hours and hours reading.

So I stopped reading forums and even most blogs and I concentrated on applying what I had learned. After a while, it never even crossed my mind to visit forums.

The upside to that was that I didn't have forums as a distraction.

The downside, of course, was that I was in a "bubble" of sorts. I didn't have many people to "talk shop" with, much less to collaborate with.

And there's really no better way than forums to get the scoop on the industry gossip. haha.

So now that I'm comfortably established, I've started to peruse the forums again. My favorite part now is spotting and answering a question that I had asked myself a few years back.

This happened just today and I truly believe that I was more stoked about answering the question than he/she was about getting it answered! Haha

Damn never everything online pointed back to WarriorForum as the best forum around. It was inevitable that I would sign up.

The people here are friendly and genuine and everyone seems to have a "can do" attitude. It's refreshing coming here after trying to explain your ideas to friends and family who don't get it or just roll their eyes at you.

    Love the Warriors!

I come here whenever I run out of Jack Daniels.

Seriously, I joined because a very famous (or infamous) "goober" is a friend of mine and mentioned this place was a wealth of knowledge. So far I have been thoroughly impressed. Especially with the war room. And BTW, I don't know if you all realize this but most of the heavy hitters around here are prone to bouts of IM genius, and occasionally they come in here and throw out nuggets of knowledge for us all to collect.

I'm here for a number of reasons:

First, to learn. There are some truly awesome IM people here!

Second, to help others as best I can. We all have our strengths and weak areas. If I can fill in the gap for someone else, I'd love to. And I love encouraging people to keep going.

Third, for the net-working. This can be a lonely line of work, and being able to talk things through with others is huge. I hate feeling like I'm alone in a vacuum.

Fourth, to keep learning. To keep helping.

    Dot

PS - Fifth, because we all speak the same language. Try talking about copywriting or IM with someone over the back fence!

The rabbit hole analogy certainly rings true in the world of IM - there's a steep learning curve to overcome but this forum is definitely a great place to get started.
