I was wondering if there is anyone here that posts public domain content on YouTube or Amazon and runs advertisements off it.


Is this a waste of my time?

    I can't tell you whether the strategy you've mentioned works on YouTube or Amazon . . .

    but in response to your thread title . . . yes, I have profited very nicely from public domain content including books, magazines, video, audio and especially graphics files. They are a goldmine if you learn how to use them and where to find them.

    I haven't, but remember this - if something is easily reproduceable and yields results, there are already a ton of other people doing it.

    If it's worth your time, I don't know. Try it out if you want, that's the only way to know for sure.
