What's high quality for you? Maybe check Download GIFs on Giphy or if you want them more "special" you can make them yourself. Just look for "Video to GIF converter". Hope that helps

  GIFs have some technical limitations, such as the fact they only support 256 colors, that hurt their quality when reproducing photo-realistic images.

Have you tried stock photo sites or short movie sites?
