PayPal Contact Us Page Not Wokring

Hi Guys Today My Paypal Account Got Limited, Now Im Trying To Contact Them But When I Click Contact Us Button The Page Never Loads, IT says


This webpage has a redirect loop




i tried for hours and hours still not working, but when i tried it using my other paypal account, then the contact us page working, im wondering why i cant access the contact us page using my limited paypal account? plz help, thanks
