Hello! Nice to meet you.

I'm new. I've been studying IM for the past month. I created a product last year in an untapped niche and I have been trying to push it.

I've mastered generating traffic from the display network and ppc traffic. I am ok at getting conversion...really I suck at it. I've only sold one copy of my book and that was really really recently through a bunch of testing and optimization. I still don't think I'm where I should be.

Honestly I need a mentor, I've been twisting in the wind on my own. PM me if you want to help. Please I'll only accept a mentor who is a super affiliate. No offence but I don't need some guy on the same level as me trying to mentor me. I can't look up to someone at my same level.

Anyway, I look forward to talking with warriors and learning as much as I can.

Only accept a super affiliate? That won't happen unless you hire someone. But - anyone who knows more than you do could teach you something.

You say here you are new (one month) and in your book copy you say you've been doing this quite some time. Which is true?

You are trying to sell a $150 ebook in a very competitive niche - and you don't realize the niche IS competitive. You've sold one ebook and you are giving advice to others on this forum. You are trying to promote your site and book in posts here and it's going to lead to problems for you.

How can you justify $150 price for a 'make money online' ebook by someone who doesn't make money online as yet?

How can you claim that ebook is "worth $600"? Where does that price come from? Did you write an ebook about your experiences or about what info you found online? Did you hire the book written or use PLR? Some of this doesn't add for me - but maybe that's me.

If you've already produced a product and you want guidance on "how to sell it", I suspect you may be better off seeking a mentor who's a vendor, rather than an affiliate???

    Does this help? http://imcoachdirectory.com/

I hear you there. Higher heels are often the answer to this problem (and to a number of life's others, too, to be honest.) If you happen to be male, don't take it too literally and think about standing on an orange box instead (or one of any other color, really: you can't expect mentors to stand in a hole, you know). Sorry, but in the Off Topic Forum, facetious comments abound ...

I'm not intrested in conversing with controversial people.

The work from home niche is not competitive. I'm not in the IM stuff I'm in the stuff teaching people how to get jobs.

I have been getting jobs for over 10 years. It's simple stuff. People who learn IM forget about the people who just want to find work, and think everything work from home is IM and $8,000.00 a day blah blah, build this list recruit these people blah. This is why I say I don't want to talk to anyone who isn't above me because I don't have to explain these things to them.

I wrote the book myself. The story is 100% true. The guy I learned how to write marketing copy from told me to pull from life experiences and tell a full story.

Anyway, Hey Alexa, and David! Nice to meet you both. I like the comments I've read from you already Alexa you have pointed out some things I wish I knew three days ago, which would have saved me some money...

That does make sense to look for a successful vendor. I just thought it would be harder to find one of those because a super affiliate stands to make money if he/she helps build me up and sell the product as well. A vendor has nothing to gain other than lending a helping hand, and I couldn't fathom a millionaire vendor spending time trying to mentor me for nothing but thank you, I opened the link and am about to look through it.

Hi KC. Um...........I'm sorry, that's too much logic for the OT forum. I agree, that you should look into people that have actually sold. Some might not charge as much as you think - and some might already have products of their own out you can browse either free or cheaply. Paul Myers has some excellent material out on building an IM business - and some of it is free. Browse through the War room, too. You'll have to do some due dilligence but there are some gems in there. Then when you get further in, there are Warriors that are expert in one field or another that you can count on for some advice in any particular area of the playing field.

Anyhow - welcome to the forum. This, if you haven't noticed, is the bar. Grab a cold one and gab a little.

All day you have been posting in main forum threads talking about your book, promoting your book, promoting a link to your site, telling people to PM you about your book and trying to recruit affiliates to sell your book.

You can advertise your site and ebook in your signature or take out a paid ad like others do.

I'm not intrested in conversing with controversial people.

The work from home niche is not competitive.
Niche research yields numbers and numbers are not opinion based.

work from home - 3,350,000,000 results in google
"work from home" - 78,500,000 results in google

work from home jobs - 1,280,000,000 results
"work from home jobs" - 7,320,000 results

Kay king, I don't mean to be rude, but you need to get a life.

I don't like to talk to people who actively form opinions out of ignorance. You just did a google search and said "here are some results" you have no idea about this niche. If you did you could look through those results and find out what they are talking about, then compare it to what people are actually looking for and see that there are no real answers in any of those webpages. Only vague guidelines that point people in general directions. Also, you'll find work from home job boards which are resources to me...not competition. This will be the last time I talk to you.

Hey Sal, Thanks for the love. I'm new, I'll try to be a good boy. Make some friends while learning along the way.

The reason I need a mentor is because I've combed through all of the best stuff out there already and I'm making costly mistakes here and there that a great mentor would be able to point out before I make them. You can only consult a book for the information it gives. Theory is great, but real world experience is better.

Thanks again have a good one!

MikFoxx, thanks. It wont technically be for free because they will profit off the product.

I don't mind skeptics because I'm already getting affiliate offers in my PM. I almost forgot this was a public forum, and not everyone who makes money is mature.

I've earned a living online for years.

      You've sold one ebook

Fine - good luck to you. Good to hear you are "getting pms". I'm sure those are from the "super affiliates" you are looking for....

      I'm done.
