Hey guys. As you can see by my post count, I've just joined. I've been an "entrepreneur" for many years now having great success both offline and online...but I'm just now creating an account on here. So, hi everyone!

One area I've had huge success with is selling electronics. It made up a large portion of my income for the past 3-4 years. However, I am turning my focus to other areas, so I no longer really need to keep it "under wraps". So, I'm going to share it with others.

What are your thoughts on selling a WSO vs coaching?

    WSOs vs Coaching?
You'll have to sell the WSOs first and than promote your coaching to the buyers...
At least that is what I'd do
    Good luck!

  • Yes, sell the idea as a WSO whether it be in a PDF or video series, and then promote your coaching after people buy the WSO. Do not be afraid to really put a good price on your coaching if you on believe that having you as a coach will change the lives of those who get your coaching.

I know my coaching would be very valuable. Do you have an idea on how many slots I should offer?

You're going to coach what you're qualified in, aren't you? That is, selling electronics under wraps?

Yes, give away the concept as a freebie to build your list, then sell the details in a WSO, then offer your hand holding with coaching.

Paid traffic > webinar sign up > follow up sequence to maximize webinar attendance > webinar that is educational AND sells your coaching BUT instead of a straight sale, do an application to qualify only the best clients (trust me, you don't want to take everyone who walks through the door) > contact those who qualify via whatever way floats your boat (email/skype/phone) and close a high ticket coaching package (5k+ or a 2500+/monthly)

Small thing here, your coaching/mentoring MUST get MASSIVE results for the people. If you can't do that, then don't do coaching.

WSOs are a slow roll game money wise. They often are not worth your time unless they are solely for lead generation and even then there are MUCH BETTER ways of going about it. If you want to get big fast, you have to be comfortable knowing your worth and the worth of your knowledge when applied.

What I outlined above is the formula for consistently doing 100k+/month, with no staff and very little overhead and working minimal hours and most importantly, ONLY with clients you want to work with. If you can figure out how to apply what you do to a group coaching setting, you're even better off.

They go great together like others have said you can create a wso and offer coaching as your upsell. If you can do both I would def do both using this model. Throug your wso you have the opportunity to show that you know what you are talking about and if your buyers are interested in learning more you are offering one and one coaching. Also you can get more exposure with wso through the help of your affiliates.

Do a combination of both and sell you coaching as a PDF, allows other coaching lessons or webinars as additional products. You can have your customers subscribe to a 'coaching club' to make residual income from your subscribers....

To get the best of both worlds, do both, obviously.

You can also promote your coaching here on the WF.

Create a letter and have it go to an application...

And when it comes to how many slots to have for it...

That greatly depends on how you set up your coaching and how much free time you want to have.

Your answer is above: both WSO and coaching as an upsell. You can also set up a webinar as part of the delivery method.
