Problems with Optimize Member and No Support.. Any Other Options?

I have spent a month developing a site using optimizemember and optimizepress. There have been a couple of issues where I have needed to contact support. The problem is that support takes way to long to fix the problems or even respond. I have to wait around for them to get my issue resolved before I can proceed. The support reps ask stupid questions that appear to make it look like they are working on my issue but have nothing to do with the problem. Or maybe this is just them trying to be helpful but not understanding the limitations and capabilities of the software.

I am so close to having the site done I am not sure what to do. Should I go with another membership theme/plugin like S2 or WishList or wait it out and hope support fixes my issues. I am worried that it will take another month for these small issues to be fixed. In the mean time I could have built a whole different site with different theme/plugin with some decent support. OP has discontinued their support forums so I can't help from other OP users. I just have to wait for my support ticket to be replied to.

I have built many wordpress sites and have probably used 10+ themes and plugins so I am fairly knowledgeable.

So my question to you all is should I move on to different solution? The cost of the programs is no that big of an issue. The big issue for me is all the wasted time waiting for support.
