Integrations? How to manage web design clients from payment to support??

We are about to launch a small web design division and want to know whats the best programs / integrations to do the following =

We are using Wordpress.

1. Take in payments online and invoicing?

2. Once they paid it will auto setup a ticket or project where my team can communincate with the client with files, text and more.

Any ideas whats the best combo for all in one solution or something close??

    A while back I was looking for the same thing and couldn't find it, so I built my own, but unfortunately not wordpress. I think this is a very smart thing to do as it is difficult to grow if you don't have a good system of communication and managing all the payments.
