Don't know where to start with paid products on my website

Hi everyone!
I'm currently working (for too long) on my business website, which is about wellness and singing (using the voice as a tool to reduce stress, have healthy habits, express emotions, etc) and here's my ''plan'' :

- Collecting emails (I give a free 7-day email course)
- Write a new blog post each week, same day, same hour
- Notify my subscribers about it only once a week, same day, same hour

Now, my trouble is that I don't know in which ''packaging'' I should sell my paid product (s).

I've thought of...
- Membership, but it is, for the moment, to complicated for me to be constant in adding new content.

- Selling a course through a LSM plugin (I work with Wordpress). I'm not a beast with Wordpress, and it would take me a LOT of time setting up the right plugin, and making it visually beautiful. I'd love to hire someone for this, but I'm not making any sales for now. I'd also like this to be my ''ultimate'' product.

- Selling personalized training (15 or 20 spots at a time). The only disadvantage I see is that it will took a lot of time, every week, compared to a product I create once and sell many times. I'd like to think that this is a great starting product I should put effort in it, then, I'll hire someone to set up my plugin for an ultimate course.

I want to know where would you start first? Or where HAVE YOU started when you sold your first online product? What is your best success/surprise/deception?

Thanks a lot !

I would do the minimum possible to reach a point where you can sell something, and then prove you can actually make a couple of sales. So maybe start with one button like Special Offer. Make it cheap. Sell a few. Then expand on that.

It is okay to contact me! I have been developing software since 1999, creating many popular products like phpLD.

Membership website is awesome because of the reccuring income. But it will take you time and efforts to add regularly good content. If you can outsource your work or have partners, I'd go with it.
Personalized product is a neat idea too, you will have to build a group of students first, if you want to coach everyone alone it's gonna be a suicide You can check Udemy for this, lots of hungry students out there.

you can create an offer or membership site where you will record training for people who will buy and on begging you can set cheap front end price and than you can add some up sell...
But first start just with one easy site membership site will take you time and money...
But you can test and sell few copies and then you will see
