Well done!

Iv sold a couple sites my self totaling just over $4000. It's a great feeling but reality hit's home and means you need to build more.

To be honest, if I could go back, I would have kept them, passive income is what you want.

Just a post for you guys still struggling at the beginning! Those that do not give in and persist through the tough times are the ones who will succeed.

I have plans for project 2 and my excitement is through the roof!

P.s im not disclosing the broker i used for privacy of the buyer.

if your sites were any kind of success you would be making that 8 grand in half a year or less off of them. wouldnt be my plan of action but to each their own. good luck on future endeavors

Lol. That's what I was thinking...and that is the real time frame, but it's great you built up the value to that amount and I'm sure you made a good sum more than 9k during those 4 years. Good work!

Just a note: You sold multiple sites overnight for 9K easily. Don't you think that even if you have doubled the selling price they would take more than 12 Hours but will be sold - And your post title would be: Just made 18K in 2 Days.

If your websites were making money, you should've scale them up and leverage them to a passive income for more time and sell x3 the current price.

But I totally understand that we get bored, and want a whole new clean and different project every now and then. So congrats budd.

This would not have worked for me I got an optimal price tag in 12 hours. Plus my new strategy is an upgrade to what i built in the past.

I had multiple solid reasons for selling the sites, that were more personal than anything. But for me selling them right now was perfect timing, and I have no doubts that I will be able to build something much larger with the experience i have acquired so far.

If it's based off of targeted traffic and affiliate offers, then the website, by itself, isn't what's valuable. That would be your advertising campaigns driving the success. I hope for the sake of this buyer he got that. But it wouldn't make sense if you sold that since you would now be giving up your profit streams that you spent 4 years developing. You're just going to work 4 years and give up something that has steady profits?

Site flipping is a extremely profitable business. If you look at the numbers:

Consistent (~ 4 months to 6 months) $1k / per month site goes for around $10,000 (those are rough figures)

You can expect a site to go for 10x the month earnings. Or more, if you have done brand awareness, created exclusivity in the market. Like having products, profitable funnels, brand-aware email lists.
