Owning niche sites that sell in the US while being a non-US citizen

I have a question. i am thinking of starting creating niche/authority websites that will eventually promote/sell products to people in the US (mainly). I want to know whether there will be a legal problem with th efact that I am a non-US citizen and that I dont have an American bank account or anything like that.

Do I need to know anything about international sales/promotion?

Over 95% of my sales (ebook promoted on my website) come from the US. I'm a UK citizen. Customers pay in $, I get paid in £. Use Paypal, it's easy.

  I am using PayPal, but I am kind of confused about the whole process. Will the US require me to pay any taxes to their country? Or do I only have to pay the taxes in my country?

  Not being from the US, I don't know anything about their tax system. Many on here are, so I'm sure someone will enlighten you with a post.
  
  But I adopt this attitude:
  
  As a non US citizen I am not responsible for taxes in that jurisdiction. I sell my product online as I wish and pay taxes in my own country.

  this is not the proper place to get the information you want. You need to talk to a tax professional both in your country and the US.
