What are decent Paypal countries to target and avoid? My target audience is worldwide and English speaking. Please share your experiences.

US and EU are the best. It may work well in Canada, AU ... some countries they don't like like India, Pakistan...

The best English countries are United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Ireland and New Zealand.

These are native English speaking countries with high purchasing power.

You can ignore all other countries especially India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Bangladesh. Just target the six I mentioned
