Amazon affiliates - moving to a Nexus state?

Right now I am an Amazon affiliate but it is possible I may be moving to Missouri in the near future, which appears to be a Nexus state, and it looks like if you reside in Missouri you cannot be a direct Amazon affiliate. Are there any (legal) ways around this? I know there are sites like Viglink or Skimlinks, but as far as I know, those do not allow you to be an Amazon affiliate if you live in a Nexus state.... just wondering if anyone has other ideas? The thought of losing Amazon affiliate is making me sick... would love to hear what anyone else living in a Nexus state has done.

you could always create an LLC in a state that is not problematic. then you can get a mailbox with forwarding.

It is okay to contact me! I have been developing software since 1999, creating many popular products like phpLD.

Is there a particular state that is best for something like this? Any well-known "affiliate-friendly" states?
