Re-Sell eBooks?

I have the Re-Sell rights of an eBook, but the problem is I can't get it to sell! How do I go about selling it? Maybe someone experienced can help me out please thanks in advance!

    Have you tried Fiverr or similar websites? I have seen many people selling books over there, with license and everything. Just a thought

    Ever since the news broke earlier in February that Amazon had a patent to sell used digital content there's been a heated discussion on what this means for the ebook market and authors as well as whether it is right/wrong/ unethical/immoral to sell used digital content in this way.
    Amazon has patented a means to sell used e-books within the Kindle system. A book will be branded within the system when it is bought, and when the buyer puts it up for resale at the Kindle store, it will be removed from his account and transferred to the buyer’s account. Amazon will receive a small fee for each sale. A limited number of sales of each book may or may not be included in the system.

    Not trying to be a smarta$$, but maybe it is not selling because it is a low quality E book and prospects sense this.

    Really hard to answer since we don't know how you are promoting it. Need more details.

    Plus usually PLR content is fair at best, I usually, re-write it, update it, and make a new cover.

    I agree with HDrider, You may need to update and redesign it. What avenues have you tried already?

    It is the toughest marketing method to resell a ebook, because the owner of that ebook already marketed on several sites.
    My suggestion is to sell the ebook where it is not promoted such as in forums, email list and facebook pages. Also look for similar keywords to rank best position in Google for getting sales.

      Why not just try those methods yourself and go from poor marketer to a rich one?

      If you are not using the book material and can't even seem to get others interested in it, maybe it is not a great product, or is one that has been "shopped" around various places, old news.

      I am amazed at how many warriors seem to want to only sell to other warriors....sometimes it looks as if promoting these wsos and selling wsos to teach how to sell wso's is one of the more active enterprises here

        Are you referring me as one of those warrior members? Because I'm not trying to sell anything to any warrior member here. Nor promoting this eBook.

    It is a very simple process.

    Create a simple report about your ebook

    Then you just build a capture page offering the free report, and have your ebook for sale on the back end, drive targeted traffic to the capture page, and keep tweaking until you start getting good conversions.And as your list grows, you can follow up with them and keep recommending them your ebook!

    There are a lot of products around the internet that can teach you how do all of this. Of course, you will have to learn how to build a capture page, a thank you page, and a sales page.

    You could outsource some of the work here. Just learn how to outsource very well. Try to learn from the best, to get the best results.
