That's my brilliant idea. By the way, why are you calling your site the recycling bin of Wikipedia? I know that bin is different from the waste bin, but it sounds awfully close

Your tagline is fine. With all respect, it's as good as any of the taglines presented here.

I checked out the site. I'd like to suggest that you add elementary SEO to the articles. For example, each page should have an <h1> for its title at a minimum, and ideally articles will be organized properly using <h2> through <h6>. Each page should employ keywords and description meta tags.

The wikibin.org home page doesn't "sell" the site. It too lacks the same minimal SEO efforts described earlier.

I would also strongly suggest you do some keyword research, scrap the domain name, and make it a keyword rich .com name containing, presumably, the word articles or tipsandtricks or something similar. (I didn't do any keyword research but I can tell you people look for "tips and tricks" a lot more than they look for wiki.) Do keyword research on EZA and goarticles. See what they do, try to improve on it, or at least equal them.

These things will be far more useful than a tagline.

Since (whatever) + "information" is such a valuable and oft-searched combination, and since "folks" is both low-hanging fruit and in-line with your brand image, and since your slogan will be prominent in many pages, may I suggest...
