For my website to work, I will need the page to relock after the page has be refreshed is this possible?

And what networks use this method?

    Hi C,

Not sure of the network but I'm not too keen on content lockers. Until you develop a big league, well known name I'd get my content into the hands of my readers as quickly and easily as possible. You gotta trust someone before you take the time to unlock stuff; make it easy for them.....take off the lock, let 'em share your content for you and as your presence expands, feel free to lock stuff for your audience.

My take, after doing the online bit for 7 years I think "impediment" and blocks/locks prevent folks from seeing your stuff.

    Onward and upward!

There is nothing online that you can't get somewhere else. Even the porn guys use almost the same feeds.

It is easier for many people if they really want something to just go to the next site to get it.

Content lockers have indeed died off quite a bit. I think you could do something like this but it would take some tweaking and creativity. Maybe have them do a content locked, then click on a link which redirects them to another page which then reloads another content locker? Not sure if that would do the trick for you, but I'm guessing to reload it you'll need a redirect in there somewhere!

I agree, content lockers are something of the past. Just like Michael mentioned, people will leave your website and look for another one, so you'll probably loose traffic this way.

Yes, i believe you can do that.
Just use "on pageload" instead of "on click" to activate the locker.

PS: I humbly beg to disagree with people saying content locking is dead.
But if that's what you think, i'll leave that to you.
