Well first, obviously, complain to the one who is supposed to pay you. If they do not respond, complain to the affiliate platform that is processing the transactions.

Well, that depends on which country you're in. In the US, you could take them to small claims court, or get the FTC or attorney general of the state they're in.

You might as well kiss the money goodbye

Most of the larger affiiate networks offer better protections with the exception of shareasale which has a stupid policy of allowing "low fund" and "out of fund" programs to linger so you have to keep checking yourself

Over the years so many programs have gone bust - one of the biggest was azoogleads
lots of others. It is a risk

Never put all your eggs in one affiliate basked IMHO, and be careful of "lone" companies = more safety with a network.

Normally all you can do is keep bugging them and if that doesn't help if it's a significant amount seek legal advice.. Some people try to out them om forums but that normally doesn't work out well

It really sucks when you earn money with an affiliate and they don't pay, but as others have said, it's going to be a big pain getting it (most likely)... I'd continue to pester them constantly, I'd write up reviews on all the forums I visit, and if they're in the US you can file complaints with the BBB.. You can also add them to site like RipoffReport

In any industry, if you have scammed by any company, you can report it or complain to customer protection authorization, In some countries the company official can br arrested

but in affiliate inddustry, we deserve not to be protected becauee we simply give up and say it is not worth to fight for our right, so adsense can close your account wih no explaination and Ipage can withdrow your comission with no reason
and every time they only said: it is out terms

we have to rethhink about the whole story and we have to gather to gey our rights

Outing them out is probably the first thing everyone who gets scammed does. But, yeah, it doesn't always work, you might keep some people from getting scammed, but the company will keep on going anyway.

You should talk to your AM about this and if they didn't reply then there is many review portals like affpaying, mobyaffiliates, odigger etc. you can post your review there.
