Chargeback Response services - anyone used one?

I'm looking at a few chargeback companies. We win over 90% of incoming chargebacks but the problem is with staff turnover, it's a major hassle and waste of time to re-train every time a new person comes in to take over that position. The ones I'm considering from reading through their sites are:

Chargebacks911.com (my favorite so far... I have a call with them later today)
Chargeback.com
ChargebackExperts.com

Then there are other managed risk solutions - essentially each transaction runs through their system via API between the shopping cart and the payment gateway to flag suspicious orders, orders from customers who are on "habitual chargeback" or "serial refunder" lists, etc. Some of those are:

Riskified
FraudAlertManager
Verifi.com
Signifyd

If anyone has used any of these services or otherwise has feedback it would be much appreciated! As I said, the problem isn't chargebacks, it's the massive time exerted retraining a new VA every time there's turnover. This needs to be outsourced and not kept in-house.

    Maybe the problem really isn't the time/effort of retraining new hires...

    As I said, the problem isn't chargebacks, it's the massive time exerted retraining a new VA every time there's turnover.
    Isn't the turnover rate at the root of your problem?

    Of course, I know nothing of your training costs, your incentive program, or your turnover rate - but is it possible that your VAs are leaving simply for a better compensation package (pay and/or benefits)? Should that be your immediate area of focus?
