Not Fair to WSO Sellers

I bought a WSO this morning - payment went through and WarriorPay invited me to "DOWNLOAD NOW".

But the "download link" on WarriorPay leads to an error page....and the link in the confirmation email I received leads to an error page.

I PM'd the seller and I'm sure he'll fix it...but...

Immediately FL asked me how the transaction went - I didn't fille out any of the little circles....but I submitted a message saying "no download provided".

The WF then thanked me for "rating this seller". It's frustrating - because I still don't have the product I paid for.

Very unfair to the seller - the problem is the transaction, not the product. Now I don't know how to change what might be a "bad" review - maybe WarriorPayments should rate itself before rating sellers?

All this for a $7 product? Not great.

    Followup:

Seller fixed the link quickly and provided an alternate link prior to that.

WF Mod contacted me for details and had positive comments about changes/additions/support FL is working on to improve usability of the new payment platform.

Maybe you could also return to the seller's WSO and leave a similar explanation for your poor review there

He knows about it and I plan to leave a review AFTER I go through the course.

Unlike WarriorPay - I prefer to see what I purchased before I review it
