Cool little tool to record your iPhone screen

I'm in the process of making a fitness product and needed to do a demo of the MyFitnessPal app on my phone. I was trying to figure out the best way to get it all done and found an app that lets me mirror my iPhone screen onto my Mac.

I thought others might find it handy, so I shot a quick demo video. You can check it out here.

    I used to record my iPhone screen with QuickTime. It seems that the Reflector Airplay Receiver is cool, and I want to have a try. Recently, I find this article which illustrates some ways to record iPhone screen. They are also very workable, I think you may be interested in them.
