Language Translation of Existing Content

Hey Guys
Anyone here have experience with translating their website? If yes, I have few questions and hope you can put me in right direction.

1) Does automated translation works (plugins) ??
2 ) If manual, which is the best place to hire a translator? Any recommendation
3) translator content should be on the same domain under different directory or should it be on different country specific domain?

Any pointer from your experience would be appreciated!

I would recommend you hire a translator if you don't have the skills or the time to do it yourself. Automated translations are usually not OK, a software usually can't get everything right. But then again, you could use automated software and then hire someone to proofread the text for you.

  • Here I would like to recommend you never use the automated system. Because most of the time, its result is not accurate. In this case you can hire any freelancer. Today there are many freelancing sites, where you can get them.To find the best freelancer, you must see their previous work before hiring them.
