Best place to find workers and business partners?

I am looking for voiceover artists and writers to partner with in order to create new info products, books and courses. I'm looking for royalty share deals.

Where is the best place to find such people?

I was going to post a job on Elance but I believe you can only post jobs that are paid, whereas I want to work on a royalty share basis instead.

Thanks

While I'm sure there are plenty of avenues out there for revenue shares, it's a hard sell because the writer /actor is putting all his faith in your marketing abilities and making zero if you fail. For voice over, I'm sure you can find good talent but writing a full book or something that requires a heavy time-sink is a different matter completely. Very few professionals will go that route these days, so you're likely looking for novice help.

And for that, Craigslist is probably the best avenue.

I don't know of any writers who would work on a royalty share basis. They want to do the job and get paid and move on to the next job. You can find freelance writers to do the job for you but you'll have to pay them.
You can pay between $25-$35 per job, which isn't a lot.

OP, you need to be willing to put money up to get voice overs, products created, etc. No one is going to want to work for or "with" you simply for some vague rev share agreement unless you're already someone proven to be successful in whatever arena you're trying to do business in.
