This is my own opinion and mine alone,
wordpress to me is the best one for easy use and custom features, can i ask why you are looking at blogger and so on when promoting product online i find that people dont really trust free sites like blogger when you are trying to sell them something.
i would buy you own hosting and domain and build a name for yourself.

    Grab yourself:

    1. Domain.
    2. Hosting.
    3. Wordpress.

You can't go wrong. As well as I do online, the above still serves most of my purposes. I am into other types of venture, yes, and they do require a different CMS, but almost everything you do online can be accomplished the best with those 3 items above.

Self-hosted platforms are the best. They are versatile and you have total control over everything. Website builders aim to close the product cycle, like Apple do. Most of them will not allow you to edit code. And the more time you are in marketing, the bigger your need for custom code.

I am not sure what C & B stands for but are you worried about not having tech skills so looking for the next best thing, or just want options?

When it comes to self hosted, wordpress is the easiest but I personally think Drupal is extremely powerful. Some people do quite well with Concrete5 as well.

If you are looking for an all in one solution, depending on what you are looking for, weebly or squarespace will probably work for you. If you are running an e-commerce site, I would then look at Shopify, BigCommerce or core commerce.
