Hot Tip to systemize a core part of your business

Maketers are always looking for additional ways to systemize their business and this one tip I'm about to share with you will help you systemize part of your business so you can save you and your biz some major time and headaches so you can concentrate on more critical aspects of your business.

In fact this is one of the major core parts of my business that I systemized 10 + years ago and used to run my multi-million dollar online business.

I would recommend using Eudora for your business. I've been using Eudora for over 10 years now and I havn't seen anything else as good so far.

Its cool because you can setup mailboxes for all your domains and filter messages as they come in for orders,etc.

It also has a built-in Database to search by any parameters such as order numbers,name, e-mail address,etc. to find all instances of communications by the criteria you selected to search by.

Way too much to list but you can check all your domains e-mail at one time and watch all the orders, and communication download instantly and filter to there prospective boxes and see a birds-eye overview of all your domains e-mail like a map.

Pretty cool....

Example I set up a mailbox for myDomain.com(unlimited boxes) and set up sub boxes under that domain for Main, PayPal, Affiliates,Testamonials,Aweber,JV's,Aff Commissions,etc.

So when e-mail is downloaded, anything that I don't have a filter set up for will go to "Main". If an order comes in it will filter to "PayPal", New affiliates will filter to "Affiliates", if someone send me a testamonial I just store it in a subbox labeled "Testamonials", When new optins come in they filter to the "Aweber" box under MyDomian.com, If I earn aff commisisons those notification messages filter to "Aff Commissions".

Guys I'm not sure if you realize how much this can systemize your business but it does the work of an employee.

You can quickly view all your stats like how many orders you received for the day,week, or years back, including how many optins you get, and get this, it will also show you text and graphical statistics about how much time you spend on e-mail (your usage), how many e-mails received, sent,etc how much average per day you spend on e-mail, week,etc. What percent is junk (you can set awesome filters that your server may have missed).

Oh I almost forgot you can respond to e-mails with pre-made templates with a click of a button to save mass amounts of time for customer service,etc.

Example:

Lets say you keep getting an e-mail enquiry from customers about a certain issue or question. All you do is hit "reply with" and slect the template to reply with.

Trust me this feature alone has saved me hundreds of hours of communication time alone within the last 10 years or so.

You can also for example save e-mail templates for recruiting affiliates. Just select new message and select your pre-made template that you have previously made that you have been using to send to recruit new affiliates. This way you don't have to re-write the message over and over or search for a text file. Its all right there from drop down when you select "new message with".

There may be few Internet marketers that really know how to systemize their business using Eudora but if you need some pointers I would be glad to help any Warriors. This will truly help systemize your business.

Anyways I got a little excited here but Eudora deffintattly rocks. you should give it a try. Just search Eudora in google and you should pull up their site. There is a free version with adverts or paid removes them.
