Bought a domain that was previously selling illegal products

Hi I've just find out that the domain that I just bought was shut down previously by one US government agency because of some illegal stuff.

I wonder if I should worry about it? And can I still use it without getting in to trouble. I've attached the message that I found in domain archives: View image: 2015 03 03 23 01 34

    You should be able to use it without getting into trouble, as long as you're a different owner and not selling counterfeit stuff. But, I wouldn't *want* to use a domain with this reputation for my business.

      Ah..That's too bad!

      I'd certainly think twice about trying to use it since it already has a bad reputation. That's a lot to overcome especially since people are already jittery about buying and trusting others online with all the scams.

      I think I'd chalk this one up to a bad investment, and move on...and sing "Let it go".
