I have a question
is it possible to get free articles from websites they are deleted from search result

    You could use the Wayback Machine Internet Archive: Wayback Machine to find deleted sites.

    But you will still have to deal with copyright laws. If someone or a company deletes a website or removes an article does not mean that they no longer own the rights to the text. They do and they could take legal action, especially if the article is owned a big company that has a legal department filled with aggressive lawyers.

    However, I have heard of folks who use Wayback Machine search to get ideas for articles and if you are good at rewriting or have a decent article spinner, this could be a way to get content.

    Even if it's deleted and deindexed someone still owns a copyright for it, you should check at internet archive, contact previous owners if it okay to use it.

    Possible? Yes.

    Good idea? No.

    For the reasons the others mentioned. Plus, possibly another: why is the site not active? Did those articles get it in trouble?

    Are these your own websites, that you no longer wanted to develop? If so, then you do own the rights to the articles so you can safely use them. If these are not your websites, then no, for all the reasons already mentioned.

    It's best to just write and use your own articles. Do it this way, so that you can manage the quality of the content, and not worry about questions like these (or asking questions like these) - since you're already doing the right and legal thing.

    If someone owns the copyright to those articles, which is highly likely, then you can't use them without their permission.
