Clickbank & hoplinks - a bit confused

I have two ebooks that are listed under the same account on Clickbank (for now). As you probably know, you can sell a bunch of products under one account, but they all need to use the same landing page.

Can I do this:

When affiliates link to ebook 1, they make a hoplink to MyDomain1.com.

To link to ebook 2, they make a separate hoplink using MyDomain1.com/redirect.html -- it will immediately redirect visitors to MyDomain2.com

In other words, do affiliates have to generate hoplinks that link to the home page of a domain, or can they link to any page? If they link to the redirect page, and visitors purchase the book from MyDomain2.com, they still get credit, right?

Sorry if the question is hard to understand -- I hope you understand what I'm attempting to clarify.

    No, they can't link to the second product with the standard hoplink. That would require a script to redirect... and the affiliate be willing to pickup a special URL from you (that the script produced).

    At least, that's how I see it.
