Wordpress article page loding problem?

hello, i am facing a problem with my new wordpress blog. My home page is ok but my post page loading time much more higher from today. pls give me some soluation, i am waiting fro this soluation,

    First of all, you may want to try and wait more than 2 minutes to get a response.

    It is probably a plugin that is causing the problem. You can try disabling all your plugins and see if you still have the problem. You can also use this plugin to see which plugins are using the most resources: https://wordpress.org/plugins/p3-profiler/

    Well, if the home page loading time is ok, but the pages with the posts are not ok, then it's probably a plugin or maybe you used images that are too large?
