Looking for help finding partners for a startup

I need your help finding partners, collaborators for this project esp. related to crowdfunding.
I'm working on a startup business, domain area is internet marketing and microgigs. Working title is "the Five Dollar Startup."
Where do you go to find to find partners with your projects? Here on WF? Any tried and tested groups, other resources I should try? Any links, tips or resources for step 1 would be great.
