Could Someone Help me With Link Tracking? I'm stuck

Hi,

I am new to tracking and have signed up for a service called Click Magick. However, I cannot get my funnel to track correctly and I'm having a big challenge getting their customer support to understand what I may be doing wrong (and their support has been great, BTW).

If anyone could give me hand to help troubleshoot I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks.

Ken

I was going to suggest asking in their FB group Kenneth, but I see you've already done that (I'm in the group). I think there's a higher level of paid support if you've exhausted all avenues.

Do you mean tracking each and every click ? If that is the case, use click meter its good..there is a free option as well.

    Hi Kenneth,

Sorry you're having trouble. I appreciate you said our support has been great, but you still shouldn't have to post here to get a solution. Please come on back to our help desk and give us another chance by updating your ticket with any relevant details and I will personally make sure you get a resolution one way or another.

What are you trying to track?

If it's just regular website traffic then why not use google analytics?
If it's for affiliate links, then why not use prosper202 or voluum?

ClickMagick can do about 20 really cool things that those can't.

Well ClickMagick is honestly a decent tracking solution, and you should probably approach the helpdesk directly. I've heard good reviews about them!

If you're tracking links from your own domain, Google Analytics is the ONLY tool you should use. Leverage on the UTM codes to track your campaigns efficiently. The data analysis you can do on your data via segmentation is simply insane. I always advise my clients to check out the behavior flow of their visitors to better understand how people are reacting to the site's content and navigation.

Lastly, if you're simply tracking affiliate links, or buying solo ads, then you can check out this tool called "ClickMeter". It allows you to track conversions and unique clicks easily, with advanced features such as link rotation to split test and distribute your traffic.

    Hope this helps!

    my 2 cents,
