    Writing sales pages and promotional copy is pretty formulaic, as she points out. The art is in hitting your target audience's emotional triggers and pain points, and then persuasively convincing them that YOU have the solution to their pressing problem.

    Much easier said than done, but like any other skill, copywriting CAN be learned, but it's the same way you get to Carnegie Hall ... practice, practice, practice.

    I was inclined to say there is no magic formula, but I did find one in the article
    No, seriously, the steps described in the article are great and useful, but it does take talent to write a good sales copy. Everyone can write one, but not everyone can be successful at it from the first try.
