How To Adjust YouTube Security So My VA Can Login?

Hi All,

I just setup a new YouTube account not long ago so I could separate my new projects from older ones, especially videos that I'd sold with websites but were left in place.

My VA never had any trouble logging into that account or a Gmail account I setup a few months ago, but now Google has labeled her trying to login to my new YouTube account as "suspicious activity" and not only won't allow her access, but they're also making me change my passwords.

I need her to upload videos, go in and edit things from time to time, ect.

Does anyone know how I can whitelist her or give her permission somehow so she can access this account?

    Okay, maybe I worded this wrong. I need to be able to give my VA access to my YouTube account so she can upload video, add descriptions, etc. However, when she tried to login Google blocked her and sent me notification that someone had tried to access my account without authorization.

    I'm wondering if anyone knows if there's a legitimate way around this? I searched YouTube and saw a video about having them access it through Google+, but I'm not very familiar with that.

    Does anyone know how this can be done? Isn't anyone else having their VA upload your videos?

    I've hit this issue a couple times before.

    Once, we were able to get around it because I told them to use a U.S. based proxy. And that seemed to work. But honestly, I don't know if it really worked, or we just got lucky. Just throwing out the idea.

    Also, I use a couple outsourcer friends who don't have proxies, and this is an issue with both Google and Facebook. And I don't know a good way around it.

    I like to hear what solutions others might have.
