Inbound Marketing Software on a Startup Budget?

I've been currently consulting with a fantastic start-up that can very well benefit from inbound marketing tactics. I'm coming from a hubspot and pardot background and their price points unfortunately at this stage are rather high. Is there any fantastic alternatives?
Here is what I'm looking for specifically:
1) Setting up Complex Drip Campaigns: Creating various emails to be sent and based on the individuals open/ctr we can then drop him/her in another list that will continue to send more relevant content rather than generic. Logic behind the emails. Allows A/B testing
2) Creating Landing Pages - [Mobile Optimization] Beyond just creating the landing page, I'm looking to do lead-scoring based on the behavior of the visitor and the content downloaded. Progressive Profiling, creating smart cookie based capture forms.
