    This should be good.

I'll start, don't buy random lists of "good emails" that probably don't want you advertising and/or spamming them.

You can't think of ideas because the list isn't targeted to a niche.

      Razor,

I'm sorry to tell you that you've wasted your money on such a list.

      Let me ask you,

      1. Did all these people on the list give you their specific permission to email them?

      2. Do you know why they are on the list? Did they sign up for something free? Were the email addresses scraped off the web? You don't know their origin, do you?

      3. Did you know that your hosting account will most likely be banned if you try to email these addresses? Not only that, but your credentials as a marketer will be severely injured and you will be seen as a spammer.

      4. Would you like your own personal email information listed on such a list so that you could be spammed by multiple marketers?

The very best thing you could do would be to delete that list from your computer and begin marketing like a professional.

      Steve

You'd search the forum and read advice from similar posts. Then you'd find a niche, build a website and work the cold lists. And after you wasted six months to a year doing this, you'd realize for yourself that the very first reply to your question was the best advice you'll find here- don't try to build a business around cold lists that aren't even targeted to your niche. It's a waste of time.

    What is your niche?

You should market them affiliate products that are selling well in the market, with low refunds, good funnel and Quaility product. Most of the affiliate programs provide this details.

First find a niche that you want to work on, select a few products from Clickbank and make a few landing pages, where you would sell those products.

Hence, why a random list of 100,000 random emails that you have no relationship with or have any idea where they came from and who never signed up for your info/ads will probably be useless to you.

You're looking at things the wrong way.

You can't get a product (emails), and then ask, "what can i sell them?"

THEY need to be telling YOU what they're interested in looking for or purchasing. If you pursue down your current path with this scenario, you will more than likely wind up losing alot of money unnecessarily.

What do you mean by loads of good emails?

Are you buying email addresses? Then you must use self-hosted emailing software like ARPreach.

Are you able to get plenty of new leads opted into your own email autoresponder like Aweber or ConstantContact? That's probably a better idea. But what niche or interest category are these leads? What are these people looking for?

You can't sell a sandwich to someone who's not hungry. In other words, what are these people hungry for? You must know the answer to this question first, before you can decide what product/service to offer to them.

I understand, i bought these lists from someone on a forum, i am not sure how they were extracted. I thought i'd just hit random emails and out of 100K i'll find 1% of them interested. I can't think of what niche should i go in, there are so many?

  • Scrapped emails list are not leads... at least they gave their permission to you to send them offers.
They probably will mark your emails as SPAM.

in my humble opinion, the first thing to do is study the market well. .and see what people want, what is in fashion now, something that can really be of interest, and therefore choose the target of people who want to aim, it will take time, but in my opinion is the most important step.

If you send emails to this list you are spamming.

But, even if you choose not to take the advice here and send emails anyway. What program will you use to send these. I am sure you know that Aweber, constant contact, icontact, get response, and all the others will not let you import this list.

Hey razorf1sh1 if it was that simple we would all be millionaires, firstly you need permission to e mail somebody or else its spamming this is what you should do

    1. Ffirstly forget this idea about your bought e mail list it wont work.empty your cup forget everything to already know and start again

2.Do your research and try find a niche that you know something about and build a brand get out there and brand yourself, how can you sell to people if you dont know anything about what you are selling.

    3. Find a solution to peoples problems within your niche, build a landing page to get peoples e mail details and build yourself a proper list not some spammy crap

    4. keep building your brand with good quality content and driving people to your landing page then when you have a good list start to promote yourself through several e mails and slowly build trust with these people then start to offer them affiliate products that will help them get answers to there problems and build a real business, the only way to make money is by selling selling selling but you must understand people need to trust you to buy from you so dont sell rubbish or abuse peoples trust in you

    Hope this quick explanation helps
