    You're a blogging expert but are asking which blogging platform you should use? Well, in the niche blogging (what you do when you create review sites), Wordpress is the standard.

    Well, I would say, if it's for fun or hobby, blogger.com or wordpress.com is the way to go and if it's for profession or business, then Wordpress.org (self-hosted) is the way to go.

    Are you asking about the blogging platform or are you finding tech blogs which allow guest posting? enlighten me please.

    If its regarding blogging platform, nothing beats a self hosted wordpress.
