PLR Mini-mart extinct?

NOTE: This has been resolved.

Somebody suggested that I check out Tiffany Lambert's PLR Mini-mart, but everything I find in Google leads to placeholder sites where it used to be but no more. Anyone know if she still offers PLR content?

That's just bizarre! Earlier today I Googled the site, and clicked the result and got a placeholder page. Every reference to it had a placeholder. Nowhere could I find a live site for her. And now it's there! And no, I don't drink or do drugs, LOL. wow... how weird is that?
