Viable alternative to Octeth Oempro?

I'm looking to bring my newsletter sending in-house. I already have an ESP lined up to send the newsletters. Now I just need a reliable script that supports automated RSS-to-email campaigns. I took a look at Oempro but it looks to be an abandoned project with the developer ignoring all emails and requests for demos, plus pushing their own newsletter service.

Anyone know of any reasonably priced alternatives?
