Reversed 5 Times

Dear Warriors,

I just had a customer who tried to purchase a product from me on JVZoo. The product was setup to be linked with DAP. For some unknown reasons, the purchase was unable to complete and the customer persisted and tried to purchase 5 times... but it was returned and reversed. Last week, I had Veena (DAP co-owner) looked at the issue, and she said it was related to Paypayl. I asked Paypal, and it says it's nothing wrong with my paypal account... now I am very confused.

I wonder whether anyone of you have experienced the same?

Anyone could offer me some help/ advice here. Will be very much appreciated.

    Hi Roy,

    Define "returned and reversed".

    Paypal can reverse a payment if they determine that it was fraudulent (i.e. stolen credit card), but I know of no instance where Paypal refers to a transaction as "returned".

    If Paypal actually accepted the payment and then reversed it, your Paypal account should show the original purchase as well as the reversal. Both transactions will have a Paypal Transaction ID. Rather than asking Paypal if anything is wrong with your account, asked them why the specific transaction ID was reversed.
