Product Launch Dilemma

Hey guys.I have been around Warrior forum for a long time,and absolutely love this whole System of IM'ers coming together on one portal sharing their products and Ideas.I am a shy kind of guy who purchases more(the shiny product syndrome,remember ? ) but writes less,and thus always ends up in problems because of not interacting with experienced people present around.

So today i am asking some of my questions,which i had, since a long time regarding product launch and regular IMing.So please try to help me if you have any knowledge or experience with them .

1.) I am a blogger and have like discovered a new angle to Niche websites,and have made a good amount of money there,and am trying to create a product on the same topic.So,it is currently in the product creation phase and i will probably price it around $7.So should i go for PDF's or should i opt for making videos as a product,to give more value for money(but then its just $7).

2.) Also,should i go for OTO's because it is my first time experience as selling a product.Also,do people buy products from a first time seller ?

3.) And where do these Top-shot IM'ers create their sales copy and get their Graphics done.I mean they are amazing.If you know some place where they can be made for cheap,under$80-100 (i saw a thread on WF,but it was like $249),then it would be of a great help

4.) Also,may people help in launching products as WSo's here,but ask for a portion of profits.Should i go with them or should i keep all the business to myself.And if i JV with them,how much Sharing margins should be kept.

I would be obliged if any of you answer these.

    For the first two question.
    You can create both PDF and Video.
    PDF for the Front End sales.
    Video for the Up Sell (many people just have a hard time to read.)

    There is always first time for everything. All sellers were once first time seller. And how are they going to know if you are a first time seller?

    Believe it or not, I make them in Pages (word for Mac), and when I'm done. I hire a freelancer to make the graphics look professional. I don't spend more than $50, but it takes time to make the Graphics.

    If you know how to make screen capture videos, I agree that the front end $7 product should be a pdf and the oto can be 'look over my shoulder' style videos where you walk through showing the entire process, maybe for $17 more.

    Another idea is to offer your course as PLR rights for the oto or oto2. If you advertise that PLR rights are available in the upgrade, you'll get more interest.

    Since I am also new to this I 1st want to say go for it!
    I did my first launch with just a PDF. I did it for [$1.00]. Yup I know we all feel we are worth more. You did say you are a blogger and you have made sales already, so this is a 2 part answer.

    I too have blogged for over a year and made almost no money at it. So you have captured my interest already. Do to having a very small list I did a [$1.00] sale strictly to build up my list of buyers. I chose a pdf on a topic I have had experience and kept it short.

    Part 2:
    If you already have a list then I would do a [$4.00] pdf and a upsell video as mentioned earlier oto around $7.00 to $9.00. If you are looking to build your list most items under $10.00 on the forum will be of interest.

    If you want to go the JV route give 100% to the Front end Product, then 50% to the 1 OTO!

    If you mail to your own list this will make that list bigger!!!

    You can charge more to your existing list and keep 100% with an email campaign.

    Should you already have a large enough list then you can raise your prices and do an email campaign to the list you already have.

    This way you give love to your fellow members at a discount and you can test the market to the list you already have out side the forum.

    If after you get all your items together and want someone to review them before you launch I would be more than happy to help you out. I will not ask for a thing from you.

    As a first Product go with what you feel the most comfortable creating. For me a PDF is so much easier. Maybe video is for you? I like the idea of an initial PDF then a follow up or OTO video. Again as a first time WSO sometimes keeping it simple and just getting it out in a successful roll-out is a tremendous success.

    Again you can if you are comfortable and experienced with getting all of the separate parts together.

    A Super Slick Sales Page is not absolutely necessary nor does it guarantee big sales. Simple works also as long as there is a logical format, it is well thought out and the english and grammar are great. We have all seen super simple sales pages do incredibly.

    If I were you I would go for this type of funnel

    Free Report > $7 Tripwire (Video or report) > $49 Main Product > More Upsells

    Create the whole product.. for example..

    ''Fitness Secrets''

    Includes for example:
    20 Videos
    3 reports
    Etc

    Then break in into 3-5 tripwires and lead magnets..that you can market to sell the core product!
